PDS Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PDS Limited has announced a board meeting on 15 May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹12,578 Cr with net profit rising to ₹241 Cr from ₹203 Cr last year. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹1.70 per share. The group expanded by acquiring a 55% stake in M Knit Gallery India Pvt Ltd for ₹40.38 Cr, having paid ₹24.23 Cr so far. M/s SGGS & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor, and Ms. Sandra Campos was re-appointed as Independent Woman Director.
