R & B Denims Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome that includes approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The board appointed M/s V. M. Patel & Associates as cost auditors for FY 2025-26. Mrs. Nitika Abhishek Soni joined as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, while Ms. Radhika Arun Kanodiya resigned from the same position, resulting in updated compositions of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. The standalone and consolidated audited results show steady revenue and profit growth with profit after tax at Rs. 20.92 Cr and Rs. 27.47 Cr respectively for the year. The company maintains a healthy debt-equity ratio and improved cash flows despite some increase in borrowings.
