BLS International’s FY25 revenue rose 31% YoY to Rs. 2,193.3 Cr, led by strong growth in Visa & Consular (+21% to Rs. 1,653.3 Cr) and Digital (+71% to Rs. 540 Cr) segments. EBITDA surged 82% to Rs. 629.3 Cr with margins expanding to 28.7%. PAT increased 66% to Rs. 539.6 Cr. The Digital segment’s growth was boosted by acquisitions, and the company maintains a healthy net cash balance of Rs. 928 Cr.
