The standalone performance includes revenue of Rs. 306.71 Cr and net profit of Rs. 22.56 Cr. The business segments—Major Maintenance and Specialised Construction—show steady revenue contributions, with Major Maintenance generating Rs. 219.49 Cr and Specialised Construction Rs. 87.95 Cr consolidated. The company raised Rs. 47.8 Cr through preferential equity shares and Rs. 6.48 Cr via convertible warrants, fully deployed for intended purposes. Total equity stands at Rs. 176.72 Cr, with long-term borrowings reduced slightly. Operating cash flow was negative due to working capital changes, but financing activities supported liquidity with net inflows. The results were reviewed with an unmodified audit opinion.
