SKF India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2025: Record Date

SKF India has announced a board meeting on 15th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending March 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 14.5 per share for FY25, subject to AGM approval. The 64th AGM is set for 6th August 2025, with a record date of 4th July 2025 to determine dividend eligibility. E-voting will be open from 2nd to 5th August 2025.
