Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Balmer Lawrie has announced a board meeting on 15th May 2025, approving the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 2,51,564 lakh, with profit before tax at Rs. 27,581 lakh, marginally up from last year. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 19,482 lakh. Logistics Services and Travel & Vacations segments showed healthy growth, while subsidiary VPLPL remains under pressure, with a Rs. 10.69 Cr provision made. A suspected Rs. 1.90 Cr fraud in the Northern region is under probe, fully provisioned, with recoverable amount recognized. The Board has proposed a final dividend, subject to shareholder approval.
