Zee Learn has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue of Rs. 273.84 Cr and net profit of Rs. 54.19 Cr for the year. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 371.94 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 12.72 Cr after exceptional items. Significant contingent liabilities arose from corporate guarantees on loans to related trusts and subsidiary DVPL, which is under insolvency resolution. Management remains confident in recoveries through asset monetization and business growth. Despite negative working capital, improved cash flows and future plans support the going concern status. New auditors for cost and secretarial functions were also appointed.
