The Group expanded its manufacturing presence by acquiring 55% of ML Knit Gallery India Pvt Ltd for Rs. 40.38 Cr (Rs. 24.23 Cr paid). Consolidated revenue was ₹12,57,799 lakhs with profit of ₹24,137.48 lakhs.
