Sah Polymers Limited — Results, 16-05-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

Sah Polymers Limited has announced a board meeting on August 12, 2024, to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹24.02 Cr from ₹19.60 Cr YoY, with total income at ₹24.31 Cr. Expenses increased to ₹23.96 Cr, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹0.35 Cr. Profit after tax declined to ₹0.28 Cr from ₹0.43 Cr last year. EPS stood at ₹0.11.

Consolidated revenue grew to ₹29.11 Cr from ₹23.29 Cr, with total income at ₹29.42 Cr and expenses at ₹28.96 Cr. Profit before tax improved to ₹0.46 Cr, while profit after tax decreased to ₹0.30 Cr from ₹0.61 Cr YoY. EPS was ₹0.11.

The flexible packaging segment led revenues with ₹28.05 Cr but reported a segment loss of ₹0.12 Cr. Trading and financing segments contributed positively.

Sah Polymers posted healthy top-line growth, but profits dipped due to higher expenses and inventory fluctuations. Margins remain stable, reflecting operational resilience amid cost pressures.
