Matrimony.com reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 507.51 Cr for the year, with a profit before tax of Rs. 16.35 Cr and net profit of Rs. 15.16 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (100%). V Suresh Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, while RGN Price will continue as Internal Auditors for FY26. The AGM is set for August 13, 2025.
