Surana Solar has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is selling a 49% stake in its subsidiary Surana Technologies, involved in a 54MW solar project in Maharashtra, to Baidyanath Power for Rs. 2.04 Cr. Surana Technologies remains a subsidiary but is no longer fully owned. The subsidiary has not yet started operations and has not impacted Surana Solar’s revenue or net worth.
