Adani Green Energy has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Ardour Investment Holding Ltd, from the promoter group, converted 54.55 lakh warrants into equity shares at Rs. 1,480.75 each, raising about Rs. 606 Cr. This slightly increases the paid-up capital and raises promoter holding from 61.43% to 61.56%, indicating strong promoter backing and fresh capital infusion. Remaining warrants may be converted in the coming months.
