Dhanuka Agritech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹2,035 Cr in FY25 from ₹1,758 Cr, with profit before tax at ₹392 Cr versus ₹319 Cr. Net profit increased to ₹297 Cr from ₹239 Cr, and EPS reached ₹65.55. The board declared a final dividend of ₹2 per share. The company completed a ₹100 Cr share buyback and acquired international rights for key agrochemical ingredients from Bayer, enhancing its global footprint across LATAM, EMEA, Asia, and India.
