Refractory Shapes reported consolidated revenue of ₹59.82 Cr, rising 39% YoY, driven by steady operations and higher sales volumes. Net profit grew 51% to ₹6.26 Cr, with EPS improving to ₹2.87, supported by better operational efficiency and stable pricing that expanded margins.

Total expenses increased to ₹51.75 Cr from ₹37.68 Cr, mainly due to higher raw material and manufacturing costs aligned with sales growth. Employee costs rose marginally, indicating disciplined cost control despite scaling operations. EBITDA margin strengthened, aided by improved fixed cost absorption and enhanced inventory management.

The balance sheet shows robust health with net worth nearly doubling to ₹45.70 Cr. Long-term borrowings decreased slightly to ₹10.46 Cr, and short-term borrowings fell to ₹6.59 Cr, reflecting ongoing deleveraging. Capex stood at ₹10.16 Cr for fixed asset additions, supporting capacity expansion, while operating cash flow was positive ₹1.06 Cr. IPO proceeds of ₹18.60 Cr helped offset capex-driven cash outflows.

Management appears focused on leveraging IPO funds for capacity growth and operational improvements to sustain momentum. Overall, the company’s strong top-line growth, margin expansion, and balance sheet strengthening position it well for stable to positive performance ahead. Retail investors may find it an attractive opportunity in a specialized industrial segment with visible growth investments underway.
