Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has secured a Letter of Award for the EPC and O&M of a 94 MW AC/131.6 MW DC ground-mounted solar power project valued at approximately INR 114.23 Cr (excluding taxes). This domestic commercial order is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2025-26 and is a significant addition to Waaree’s renewable energy portfolio, highlighting its growing execution capabilities in large-scale solar projects.
