BOROSIL RENEWABLES LIMITED — Important, 16-05-2025: Capacity addition

Borosil Renewables is expanding capacity by 600 TPD with two new furnaces (300 TPD each) at an estimated cost of Rs. 950 Cr. The project, slated for completion by late 2026, targets growth from the five-year anti-dumping duty on solar glass imports. This expansion will increase domestic production and boost sales, funded through equity, debt, and internal accruals.
