ASI Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has acquired 25,000 equity shares (0.005% stake) of Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd through the stock exchange for investment purposes, paying Rs 3.33 crore in cash. Lloyds Metals, a Mumbai-based steel and mining firm with a turnover of Rs 6,721.40 crore and net worth of Rs 6,403.08 crore, operates across the steel manufacturing value chain. ASI Industries does not intend to seek management control through this investment.
