Jubilant Pharmova announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 8% to Rs 7,235 Cr, driven by Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, and CRDMO. EBITDA increased 24% to Rs 1,230 Cr with margins up 220 bps to 16.9%. PAT jumped 1,050% to Rs 836 Cr, supported by strong operations and lower finance costs. Net Debt/EBITDA improved to 1.1x post USD 125 million prepayment. Spokane CDMO expansion is ahead of schedule, and generics returned to profitability with a 3% EBITDA margin.
