Nucleus Software Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nucleus Software has announced a board meeting on the approval of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue inched up to Rs. 839 Cr, while PAT eased slightly to Rs. 162 Cr. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share (125% of face value), pending shareholder approval. A buyback of 4.48 lakh shares worth about Rs. 72 Cr was completed in September 2024. M/s. Pl & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years. India remains the core market, with some softness seen in Southeast Asia.
