Key deals include a Rs.200 Cr AI transformation with a London broker and a Europe-wide wholesale banking contract using eMACH.ai. Purple Fabric, an AI-powered platform, fuels growth through efficiency and AI governance.

Management targets Rs.800 Cr quarterly revenue soon, with EBITDA margins of 24-25% next year, expanding to 27-30% as license revenue approaches 60%. The profitable Central1 acquisition strengthens North America. AI solutions focus on insurance, lending, payments, and supply chain finance, with strong international expansion plans.
