Aro Granite Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue declined to Rs. 26.81 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 123.09 Cr for the year. The company posted a marginal quarterly profit of Rs. 0.02 Cr but a loss of Rs. 6.42 Cr for the year. Debt remains elevated at around Rs. 286 Cr. Internal auditors were reappointed, and new secretarial auditors were appointed for a five-year term.
