NAVA Limited posted record FY25 results with consolidated revenue of INR 4,135 Cr (+4.6% YoY) and PAT of INR 1,434 Cr (+14.2% YoY). Metals division turned profitable with Rs. 27.6 Cr, fueled by higher sales and robust ferro alloys margins. Energy operations improved, with MEL’s 300 MW plant maintaining 90% PLF, and a US$ 55 Mn inflow enabling full shareholder loan repayment. New ventures in solar, avocado plantation, and integrated sugar agriculture are advancing, supporting sustainable growth. A final dividend of INR 6/share was declared.
