Emami Limited — Others, 16-05-2025: Change in Company Secretary/Compliance Officer
Emami has announced a board meeting to consider a special interim dividend of 200% (Rs. 2 per share) celebrating its 50th anniversary. The company appointed M/s. MKB & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to approval, and named Smt. Pinky Agarwal as new Internal Auditor and Shri Ashok Purohit as Interim Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 3,809.19 Cr with a PAT of Rs. 802.74 Cr. Emami increased its stake in Cannis Lupus Services India Pvt Ltd to 47%, invested Rs. 5 Cr further, and made Helios Lifestyle a wholly owned subsidiary with a Rs. 177.63 Cr share purchase and Rs. 10 Cr equity infusion. The company also incorporated Emami Neo-Herbals International Ltd in Bangladesh. Standalone PAT rose to Rs. 852.2 Cr on Rs. 3,123.55 Cr revenue. An impairment loss of Rs. 7.48 Cr was recognized on CLSIPL investment. The Assam unit continues to receive income tax benefits, and MAT credit stands at Rs. 534.21 Cr.
