Emami Limited has announced a board meeting during which it approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board declared a special (3rd Interim) dividend of 200%, marking 50 years of Emami. Consolidated revenue for FY 2024-25 was Rs. 3,809.19 Cr with a PAT of Rs. 802.74 Cr; standalone revenue was Rs. 3,123.55 Cr and PAT Rs. 859.22 Cr. Emami raised its stake in Cannis Lupus Services India Pvt Ltd to 47% through equity conversion and additional investment. The company made Helios Lifestyle Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary with a Rs. 177.63 Cr acquisition and incorporated a new subsidiary in Bangladesh. The financials show strong cash flows and effective tax management.
