Sterlite Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sterlite Technologies has announced a board meeting approving its audited consolidated financial results for FY25, posting revenues of INR 3,996 Cr and EBITDA of INR 452 Cr at an 11.3% margin. Q4 revenue jumped 25% YoY to INR 1,052 Cr, with EBITDA soaring 232% YoY to INR 146 Cr. The demerger of its Global Services business into STL Networks (“Invenia”) is complete, with a listing planned soon. Optical Networking delivered 26% revenue growth and doubled EBITDA in Q4, fueled by strong enterprise and data center demand. STL Digital turned EBITDA positive for a second straight quarter. Net debt and debt-to-equity ratio improved as the company focuses on market expansion and financial discipline.
