Diffusion Engineers posted record standalone quarterly revenue of Rs. 1008.89 Mn, up 45.9% YoY, driven by strong demand and operational efficiency. FY25 revenue rose 22.9% YoY to Rs. 3160.07 Mn, with PAT growing 44.3% to Rs. 337.53 Mn and improved EBITDA margins from cost controls. The company won a major order from Heavy Vehicle Factory for Flux Cored Wires and is targeting growth in Railways, Nuclear, Mining, and Oil & Gas sectors. An ESOP plan covering 7 lakh shares was approved, alongside a 15% final dividend.
