Standalone revenue was ₹7,610 Cr with a net profit of ₹943 Cr. EPS stood at ₹4.11 (consolidated) and ₹13.69 (standalone). The company raised ₹1,300 Cr via QIP, ₹394 Cr through private placement, and ₹184 Cr from public NCD issuance. Capital adequacy remains strong with CRAR around 29.7%, and a merger of six subsidiaries is in progress.
