The company reported a strong FY25 with revenue rising 30.8% to Rs. 2,193.3 Cr and PAT up 65.7% to Rs. 539.6 Cr. EBITDA surged 82.1% to Rs. 629.3 Cr, with margin expanding by 808 bps to 28.7%. Growth was driven by Visa & Consular Services and Digital Services. Multiple acquisitions expanded its service portfolio. A final dividend of Rs. 1 per share is proposed, pending shareholder approval.
