Raconteur Global Resources Limited has announced a board meeting on 15 May 2025, approving the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Singh Rana as Additional Director, subsequently designated as Executive (Whole Time) Director for three years. Mr. Shah Adnan Khan resigned as Executive Director due to personal reasons. The company has also approved amendments to its Memorandum of Association to expand into new business areas, including bio-mining, IT services, real estate development, security solutions, renewable energy manufacturing, and green power generation.
