Omaxe has announced a board meeting on May 15, 2025, approving the reclassification of Mr. Sunil Goel, Sunil Goel HUF, and Mrs. Seema Goel from the promoter group to public category due to no shareholding and disassociation. However, the reclassification request by Mr. Jai Bhagwan Goel (0.55% shares) was declined as control is still exercised via Guild Builders Private Limited. Guild Builders and its subsidiary continue to hold 68.45% controlling stake in the company.
