Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals has announced a board meeting on which it approved its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue climbed to Rs.3,959.50 Cr amid challenging markets, while EBITDA doubled to Rs.452.56 Cr. The company returned to profit with a PAT of Rs.15.82 Cr. Production increased to 21.11 lakh MT. The board approved a dividend of Rs.15.80 per share (158%). Production has started at the new Chlorotoluene plant in Dahej, alongside ongoing cost-cutting and green energy initiatives backed by A.T. Kearney.
