Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dhampur Sugar Mills approved consolidated financial results showing a net profit of ₹52.42 Cr on revenues of ₹2,656 Cr for FY25. The board cleared a share buyback plan to purchase up to 10.81 lakh shares at ₹185 each, totaling around ₹20 Cr. Mr. Yashwardhan Poddar and Mr. Satpal Kumar Arora will continue as Independent Directors for five more years. The Audit Committee now has Mr. Anuj Khanna as Chairman, and GSK & Associates are appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years. The 90th AGM is scheduled for August 28, 2025.
