Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dhampur Sugar Mills has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, reporting revenue of ₹2,674 Cr and net profit of ₹52.42 Cr. The board has approved a share buyback of up to 10.81 lakh shares at ₹185 each, valuing ₹20 Cr. Independent Directors Mr. Yashwardhan Poddar and Mr. Satpal Kumar Arora have been re-appointed for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. The 80th AGM will be held on August 28, 2025.
