Its subsidiary, Samvardhana Motherson Global Carriers, has formed a new joint venture, Motherson Sanko Sustainable Packaging Products, focusing on sustainable plastic packaging and material handling solutions. SMGCL holds 51% and Japan’s Sanko Co. Ltd. holds 49%, strengthening Motherson’s footprint in sustainable packaging through this strategic international partnership.
