CEAT Limited warns shareholders of unclaimed dividends and shares from FY 2017-18 onward will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund if not claimed soon. Physical shareholders are advised to dematerialize shares and update KYC and bank details to secure electronic dividend payments. Recovery of transferred shares and dividends requires formal procedures with the IEPF Authority.
