Repco Home Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Repco Home Finance has announced a board meeting on 16th May 2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025. The board proposed a dividend of Rs.4 per share (face value Rs.10), subject to shareholder approval. It also approved plans to raise Rs.1500 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures and Rs.1000 Cr through Commercial Paper via private placement, pending shareholder consent. Mr. Vaidyanathan S Iyer was appointed as the Internal Auditor for 2025-26. Updates were made to fair disclosure and insider trading policies.
