India Glycols has announced a board meeting on which approved the re-appointment of Ms. Pragya Bhartia Barwale as Executive Director for five years from June 24, 2025, and Shri U.S. Bhartia as Chairman & Managing Director for five years from April 1, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval. Shri Dev Chander Jha has been appointed Chief Human Resource Officer. Additionally, key audit firms M/s. S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co., M/s. R.J. Goel & Co., and M/s. K.N. Gutgutia & Co. were re-appointed as internal, cost, and tax auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval.
