Sophia Traexpo Limited has announced a board meeting on approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 19.82 lakh for the year, widening from Rs. 11.71 lakh loss the previous year. Total expenses rose to Rs. 19.82 lakh, mainly from employee benefits and other expenses, while revenue remained nil. The balance sheet shows stable equity share capital of Rs. 510 lakh and other equity deficit deepening to Rs. 92.26 lakh. Operating cash outflow stood at Rs. 19.96 lakh. Mr. Vemuganti Ramkishan Rao was appointed as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The results reflect ongoing challenges in profitability and cash generation.
