ESAF Small Finance Bank has announced a board meeting with key updates. SEP & Associates will be appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder nod. CFO Gireesh C.P., bringing 30+ years in banking, secured a three-year extension from June 2025. The bank also issued 9.64 lakh stock options to employees under its 2019 ESOP, exercisable at Rs. 10 each with a 75% discount on last Friday’s close. No info yet on option exercises or expiries.
