Q4 consolidated revenue rose 29% to Rs 381.5 crore, with net profit up 49% to Rs 24.4 crore, driven by strong infrastructure execution and concrete sleeper sales. FY25 revenue increased 16.5% to Rs 1,194 crore, and PAT grew 39% to Rs 80.1 crore. Order book remains robust at Rs 3,486 crore, nearly 2.9x FY25 revenue. A new steel girder manufacturing facility with 10,000 MT capacity was commissioned, boosting growth potential. Final dividend declared at Re 1/share.
