MPS Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MPS Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue surged to INR 726.89 Cr from INR 545.31 Cr last year, with PAT up 25% at INR 148.91 Cr, fueled by strong growth in content, eLearning, and platform segments. The board declared a final dividend of INR 50 per share, on top of the INR 33 interim dividend. A merger of two American Journal Experts subsidiaries into MPS North America LLC was approved to boost efficiency. M/s Sridharan & Sridharan Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
