Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-05-2025: Dividend

Kalpataru Projects International has approved a final dividend of Rs. 9 per share (450% on a Rs. 2 face value), pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Dividend payment and record dates will be announced later. Management updates include re-appointing Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Deputy MD for three years and appointing Ms. Raksha Kothari as an Independent Director.
