Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-05-2025: Dividend

Kalpataru Projects International has announced a board meeting to approve a final dividend of Rs. 9 per share (450%), subject to shareholder approval. Dividend payment and record dates will be announced later. The board also approved the re-appointment of Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Deputy Managing Director for three years and appointed Raksha Kothari as a new Independent Director following Anjali Seth’s completion of her term, both pending shareholder nod.
