Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Others, 16-05-2025: Appointment

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 9/- per share (450%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The Board re-appointed Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Deputy Managing Director for three years and appointed Ms. Raksha Kothari as an Independent Director, replacing Ms. Anjali Seth after her second term. Kapoor & Ved will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The Board approved up to USD 29 Mn in additional funding for its Brazilian subsidiary and a 5% share-based incentive scheme for employees and directors of its Swedish subsidiary LMG. Governance enhancements were made to the Code of Fair Disclosure.
