Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Others, 16-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a final dividend of Rs. 9 per equity share (450%) for the fiscal year ending March 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Board re-appointed Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Deputy Managing Director for three years and appointed Ms. Raksha Kothari as an independent director for five years, both pending shareholder approval. Kapoor & Ved will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26. The Board also approved up to USD 29 million additional funding for its Brazilian subsidiary and a 5% equity incentive plan for employees and directors of a step-down subsidiary.
