MPS Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-05-2025: Record Date

MPS Limited has announced a board meeting on 13 August 2025 as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for a final dividend of INR 50 per equity share (face value INR 10) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. This is in addition to the interim dividend of INR 33 per share already paid. Shareholders on record by this date will qualify for the final dividend payout.
