Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue was Rs.5,18,647 lakh, with net profit at Rs.54,157 lakh. The Board proposed a strong dividend of Rs.14 per share (700%). New Secretarial, Internal, and Cost Auditors have been appointed for FY26. Plans are underway to raise up to Rs.500 Cr via unsecured/secured NCDs through private placement to fuel growth and capital requirements. AGM is scheduled for September 9, 2025.
