Bharat Bijlee has announced a board meeting approving financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue increased to ₹1,901.69 Cr from ₹1,872.48 Cr, with profit before tax at ₹179.02 Cr and net profit at ₹133.65 Cr. The board proposed a 700% dividend (₹35 per ₹5 share). Power systems revenue rose modestly, while industrial systems declined slightly. P.M. Nanabhoy & Co. were reappointed as cost auditors for FY 2025-26.
