Nettlinx Technologies Private Limited, the company’s unlisted material subsidiary, has appointed Mr. Amarender Reddy Bandaru as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bandaru, a B.Com graduate with 20 years of experience in civil engineering and contracting, currently serves as Managing Director at BBR Infra. His expertise covers major government irrigation, railway, and electricity projects across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states. This addition strengthens the subsidiary’s board with independent oversight and industry expertise.
