Kalpataru Projects International has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 consolidated revenue rose 18% YoY to ₹7,067 Cr, with PBT up 40% to ₹296 Cr. Full-year revenue increased 14% to ₹22,316 Cr, while PBT grew 17% to ₹823 Cr. Net debt reduced to ₹1,953 Cr. Strong order inflows of ₹25,475 Cr lifted the order book to a record ₹64,495 Cr, driven by T&D and Buildings & Factories segments. Dividend set at ₹9/share.
